i-JAG SMC Field Trip
A group of Sidney i-JAG students participated in an amazing opportunity with a hands on tour of the Shenandoah Medical Center. Macey Graham , Addy Hanning, Gabi Jacobs, Alyssa Melvin, Marley Shull, and Camdyn Hayes all explored and learned about many opportunities and all the amazing jobs you can be apart of in the hospital.
The group got to explore the Ambulance Services, Emergency Department, Lab/ Pharmacy Department, Radiology Department, Cancer Center, and The Wellness Center. It showed them a variety of opportunities and they not only want to explore job shadowing at the Shenandoah Medical Center but how to grow their education in these fields and opportunities for future scholarships.
Mrs. Gourley stated, "Overall we had a wonderful trip and look forward to many more opportunities with the Shenandoah Medical Center."
