Garett Phillips has been involved in not only sports but also many other extracurricular activities. Garett was involved in football, basketball, track, golf, and baseball, along with FCA, NHS, Band, and Musicals. Phillips says that his favorite high school experience was being inducted into NHS because he worked so hard for that accomplishment. Jedd Sherman made the biggest impact on him because he pushed Garett to be the best student he could be. Garett's plans after high school are to attend Graceland and major in Allied health. His advice to underclassmen is to stay focused on the important things in life. Garett sees himself in five years, with a stable job while staying in this area.
